Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Ray of Hope Psychiatric Care (Asha Ra Kirana) for your mental wellness needs. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds for services provided.

1. Our Services

We offer professional psychiatric consultation services, both online and offline. Our fee structure is as follows:

New Consultation (Online/Offline): 30 minutes, ₹500
Return Consultation (Online/Offline): ₹500
Long Consultation (Online/Offline): 1 hour, ₹1000

2. General Policy: No Refunds

All fees paid for consultation services are **final and non-refundable**.

Please Note: When you book an appointment, you are reserving a specific time slot with Dr Asish Asutosh Choudhury. This time is dedicated exclusively to you. We do not offer refunds for payments made for any consultation, whether the appointment is attended, missed, or cancelled.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations by You: If you cancel your appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling: We may, at our sole discretion, permit you to reschedule your appointment if you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Please contact us at rayofhopepsychiatry@gmail.com to request a reschedule. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Missed Appointments ("No-Shows"): If you miss your scheduled appointment without any prior notification, the appointment will be considered complete, and the fee is non-refundable.

4. Service Disruption

Technical Issues (Online Consultations): If your online consultation is interrupted due to a technical failure on our end (e.g., power outage at our clinic, system failure), we will work with you to reschedule the appointment for the remaining time, or for a full new session, at no additional cost.
Clinician Unavailability: In the rare event that Dr Asish Asutosh Choudhury is unavailable to attend your scheduled appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your consultation to the next available time slot that is convenient for you.

5. Acceptance of Policy

By booking an appointment and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
